On Sunday, May 31, 2009, the Association held its annual “Cavatelli alla Castelgrandese” fundraiser.

All the proceeds from the fundraiser will go to Casa di Riposo Cristo-Re in Castelgrande and to the Centro di Cancro in Rionero, Italy.

The Executive Board and the Women’s Committee would like to thank everyone who joined us for the banquet, and also to those who supported us by sponsorship, donations or by volunteering.

The Association would like to give very special thanks to all the women who worked tirelessly to prepare the cavatelli. The pasta was prepared by hand on the morning of the event!
